Finance Capture Privacy Policy
Finance Capture is a private bookkeeping tool used only by King Steven’s Games LLC to record its own eBay sales. It is not offered to other users.
What we collect: for orders placed with King Steven’s Games, the buyer’s name, shipping and billing address, phone and email as provided by eBay, the items purchased, prices, shipping, fees and payouts.
Why: to keep accurate business and tax records.
Storage: data is stored on the business’s own computer and in its accounting records. It is not sold, shared or used for marketing.
Retention: records are kept as long as required for tax and legal purposes. When eBay notifies us that a buyer has closed their account, we stop collecting new data about that buyer, and keep existing records only as required by law.
